We’re thrilled to share that construction is progressing smoothly, with a major milestone just reached! Our piling contractor has now mobilised on-site, marking an important step in the development journey.

The piling phase is essential, as it forms the retention walls for the basement and provides a strong foundation for the building. Once this stage is complete, we’ll move into bulk excavation, bringing the project closer to the next exciting phase of construction.

We remain on track to deliver this exceptional development, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027.
